The tapas were delicious, the tasting menu is a must!!!
Incredible meal. I have enjoyed Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan multi times and I can't pick a favorite between the two. EDO was about a third the price however and I couldn't have been happier with the food. Thanks to the staff, kitchen and floor.

A must go. Some of the most interesting flavors and textures I’ve had. Started with infused gin cocktails, served with aromatics. The olive oil eggs with truffle shavings were a favorite, as were the tuna tostadas. Dessert should not be skipped: popcorn mousse and strawberry granita. The cheese and iberico sampling with the tomato toasts were also a highlight. The service was delightful and Robert the somm is the kind of guy you not only want making wine recommendations but would also like to grab drinks with on the weekend.
It was our 1st time at EDO and we enjoyed it immensely. It was a great experience which I recommend to the adventurous diner.
By far one of the best meals I’ve had in the world. Not an exaggeration. You can tell that they took inspiration from many great restaurants—including El Builli in Spain. But to actually deliver...priceless.
