Here we go. It is so difficult to find a good Spanish restaurant. We had a great experience last night, the jabugo was perfectly chopped and not with a machete, good bread. The egg with caviar and foam was so good that we ordered two. I will be daydreaming about the caviar and foam eggs(description doesn’t do it justice) for days maybe months to come! From beginning to finish..tres magnifique! If you eat one dinner Vegas let this be it!!

Delicious meal. The oysters were a runaway hit with the table. The red sangria was delicious. The pink was good, but the red was more nuanced. The croquettes were a personal favorite, and the tables second-favorite. They're like chicken soup, but crunchy. We did not have a single dish that was bad, in fact most were stellar.
Absolutely worth it. An amazing tasting experience with great explanations about each dish. If you're looking for molecular gastronomy in Vegas, this place is a must. All the servers and host were wonderful and made our meal delightful for my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend checking out this gem for a delicious and unique culinary journey. Delightful meal, everything so interesting and tasty. We started with the ceviche and tomato bread, followed by croquettes, octopus and green beans. Good portions and friendly, attentive service.
