Edo Never fails to impress and has become a favorite tradition to go every time I visit Vegas. Ive cooked at a 5 diamond, triple Michelin star restaurant and Edo is hands down better. Incredible food and drinks. I highly recommend the tasting menu. The menu is 7 courses + dessert. However they throw in a ton of extra items, lost count at 12 courses. This place a foodie paradise that deserves multiple Michelin stars.

Impeccable from start to finish. They didn’t skip a beat. They matched our pace. The food was incredible, and service was astounding. Other restaurants could learn a lot from these guys!
This was the worst meal I've ever had. The burnt leeks tasted like what I imagine a old receipt found at the bottom of a dumpster soaked in tepid trash water would taste like. Truly awful dining experience.
Really enjoyed our dinner. We did the tasting menu, which was a great way to experience the restaurant our first time. Would have loved to give 5 stars for food, but our suckling pig was dry. But overall, I would definitely recommend!
Well worth a wander off the strip! I did the tasting menu and enjoyed every bite. Wines paired perfectly. A really great value overall.
Everything was outstanding. From the service to the food, the staff and chef were phenomenal.
The food was interesting in both flavours and presentation. They serve delicious food …period. I get the feeling this is a place for those of us looking for a culinary adventure. Get off the strip and go to Edo ! It’s worth every penny .
