This is an absolutely extraordinary restaurant. Great food, great service. You couldn't ask for more. If you're in Vegas and want a fine dinner off the strip, go to EDO Gastro Tapas.
If you want some authentic Spanish tapas from Barcelona this is the place to dine. It’s a small restaurant cozy and an amazing mural on the wall. Our waiter Marcelino was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was formally at Bazaar Meats by Jose Andre so he is well trained and attentive. I forgot to take pictures but overall the food was delicious and brought me back to Barcelona.
Don’t let the curb appeal or lack thereof fool you! Great tapas and small plates off the strip.

We experienced the tasting menu with wine pairings. It was something out of this world. The mixture of flavors, texture, and presentation were right on point. We highly recommend this place and will return soon!
Been wanting to try this place since I had enjoyed sister restaurant Anima by EDO. Atmosphere: leaned into the hole in the wall café aesthetic, with the random knickknacks, beads, kitschy light fixtures, and an impressive mural dominating one wall. Music was eclectic. An amuse-bouche of watermelon gazpacho was so delicious I grabbed the menu to see if a full bowl was to be had; alas, no.
