One of the best Spanish tapas. The tasting menu was delicious and very original. The presentation of the food was amazing, and the great service added to the total experience. Will definitely return
The best restaurants in Vegas are deceiving from the outside I’ve learned! What an incredible dining experience. Every single thing was truly decadent. The staff worked as a team and they were so polite.
highly recommended - delightful and plentiful tasting menu, lovely wines by the glass and delicious cocktails. the intimate size of the restaurants lends itself to personalized and efficient service.
Overall it was a really good experience. We really loved this restaurant when they opened. They had different paella options and the drinks have always been fabulous. They went through a rough period where much of the food was fried and they stopped doing paella. After seeing more recent reviews we decided to give it another try. They still don't have paella but there is a great variety of tapas all which tasted good. BUT, everything we had with the exception of dessert was way too salty. Fantastic food with phenomenal service in a unique atmosphere. Would definitely dine here if I’m ever in Vegas again.
The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The chef was kind and ended up giving us some extra appetizers. Would definitely want to come back to try the chefs tasting.

After four nights of disappointing meals at highly touted restaurants, I took the gamble on Edo’s. I knew the moment o entered I was in for a night to remember. I was greeted immediately and seated. Appreciated the additional dishes provided compliments of the chef - overall I appreciate the variance of dishes and flavors and textures. Only note is that a few dishes seemed overly salted/salty.
