Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Get your senses ready to be taken to the next level! Highly recommend the Chefs Tasting menu ! Or just order one of each items from the menu ! 😎. Our server Paolo was fantastic! Many compliments to the Chef and the Owner!

Anima is the best restaurant in Las Vegas! The service and food are worth the drive from the strip.
Must haves: Iberia Carpaccio, Dungeness Crab Consume and Croqueta a la Catalana Michael our server guided our journey expertly!

Chefs tasting menu was not great. The use of random Asian ingredients and fruits that didn’t mesh well with Spanish ingredients gave a really odd combination of flavors and texture. Instead of fusion it became confusion. The risotto was decent and dessert was good. The starters were too salty and not palatable. As a chef myself who’s been to many amazing tastings this was not one of them. Creative in visuals but failed in flavors and textures. Cured meats were on repeat too many times.
The venue is located in a strip mall and at first impression does not scream top end however once in, the restaurant is nicely decorated and very cozy. The food was exceptional. We asked for recommendations and coincidentally picked the same food as was suggested. All courses were amazing with many WOW's as we tasted the courses. G&T and other drink options were also worth the short taxi from the LV strip!

The food was amazing and the staff were so awesome and accommodating. Love this place. The food and atmosphere transcends me into a whole different vibe and takes my tastebuds on an amazing journey! Who knew Foie Gras had such a sweet and savory taste that is only described as the wow factor! The tasting menu is on point and does not disappoint. Will be coming back. Amazing every time!
