Ben our server was just absolutely amazing and so accommodating!! He’s so great! Ask for Pablo as well if Ben isn’t there. Definitely do the tasting menu! Definitely the way to go. Lots of food but so delicious! If it comes out to quickly, ask to space it out! The dessert and wine pairing was also so good! Exceptional vegan degustation menu with amazing dishes earning a solid 5 stars. Noisy ambiance hindered the experience a bit, but the service was perfect and made up for it.
Come hungry if you’re doing a tasting menu. Some dishes were ok but overall was a good menu but a bit pricy.

You know when you visit a restaurant and you’re immediately transported to another city? Well, that’s what Edo did for me! I felt like I was back in Barcelona, only the food was better! This is a special place with a wide variety of delicious, authentic Spanish tapas! Fantastic tasting experience that cost half of what it would have on the Strip. Everything was great and they treated my wife to an extra dessert with a candle for her birthday. Best dining experience we’ve had in a few years.
Small, intimate experience. Delicious food, the chef’s menu was amazing. The drinks were superb and amazing service.
