I’m not sure it gets better than dinner @ EDO. We are constantly blown away by the entire experience and it’s impossible to walk away without a smile on your face. 10/10!

We did Chef Edo’s Tasting Menu for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Ben and the team took great care of us. We feel this experience was better than Bazaar Meats. My favorite dish was the Bluefin Tuna Tartaleta with the pops of acidity and beautiful presentation. Hope to be able to dine again here soonest!
You have to go and dine at Edo Gastro Tapas!!!! It far surpassed the highly rated Bazaar Meats and Jose Andres' was my top rated chef of all times for years. I don't have a higher compliment that I can give. Not only was the food top notch, but the service was beyond description. Our whole table was treated as if every small desire was their top priority. I was searching for a nice restaurant to take my boyfriend, that was off the strip, while we were in town. I stumbled onto this place and I'm so glad I did. The staff was amazing. They pay very close attention to detail, as you would except in any fine dining restaurant. The food was some of the best I had in a long time and my boyfriend was in heaven. I recommend the chef's tasting menu and a bottle of wine. It's definitely worth the money and the wine list is great. We will be back again

We loved the amazing food and great service! My mom wants to go back every night of our vacation now.
