I've been to this veterinarian several times now, and each experience has been great. Not only is the front office staff kind and helpful, but all the technicians and Dr. Bardini are wonderful. They truly seem to love what they do, and when they interact with my pup, they're nothing but kind and gentle.

This review is overdue. After 7 years with a veterinarian that didn't like my new dog I needed a new one. Neighbors recommended this clinic and i couldn't be more happy. My girl, a rescue, is not good with other dogs. She was the first patient of the day and the waiting room was quiet and relaxing for her. Meeting with the doctor, Dr Rachel Jeffrey was very pleased. We just started seeing Dr. Rachael for our Brittany Lucy who has diabetes. I found her to be very knowledgeable, and her care of Lucy has been great. Also I want to note that Christina in the office is fabulous too, very efficient, got everything I needed together, food, prescription, and our checkout process was very quick.

I don't understand any of the negative reviews- the doctors don't deserve any less than 5 stars. I've read all of the reviews and it seems like they're posted by habitual entitled "karens" or people who seem to think all vets are/should be animal philanthropists and not charge reasonable rates for excellent veterinary care. Good veterinary care costs money. We are paying for their expertise because they are DOCTORS with years of experience. The Dr. And staff were very empathetic and did not rush a very hard procedure. The presence of soft music and gentle voices eased my pain while saying a last good bye to my sweet cat. They made a tough appointment into a gentle moment. For that I will always admire this hospital. They show compassion which is rare to come by these days. Thank you.
I brought my bearded dragon in on Wednesday and I could not be more impressed with this hospital. The ease of communication from the front desk to the Dr was seamless. His knowledge, kindness and clarity in explaining everything was impeccable. I felt like my animal mattered and my money was LOW on the totem pole! The bill was so much less than I expected. I can't recommend this hospital enough!
Dr. David Jeffrey has been treating my two birds for years and I feel so lucky to have such a great avian vet! He even did surgery on my egg-bound cockatiel and saved her life! He is knowledgeable and kind, and I cannot recommend him enough. Sometimes it is hard to find a good bird vet -- Dr. Jeffrey is A+++
