First time taking our 6 y/o Goldendoodle Stanley here. We moved to the valley about a year and a half ago and have taken him to VCA Rancho Mirage once before. Nothing against them but, I'm much more comfortable with a "family" owned vet. I met Dr D Jeffrey at Costco one day and after talking with him decided to visit them with Stanley. Dr Jeffrey was awesome with Stanley, and my wife and I felt really welcomed and comfortable here. The office is very clean, inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with El Paseo Animal Hospital. The staff were polite and gracious, and the Doctors were excellent. Kind with our cat and never advised anything unreasonable. We are happy to bring our pets here regularly.
Dr Rachel Is just so authentic. She clearly lives animals and understands the owners' concerns. 10 stars.
Staff were all amazing, Dr Jeffrey handled my male bun very gently and spoke to him very calmly 10/10 had a great experience for my first time here. This is now my bunnies main Dr and Vet. Thank you for the great experience
I was referred by friend to El Paseo Animal Hospital and I'm glad that I did! The pricing for required vaccinations were less. Dr. Rachael and her assistant got on the floor with Sadie for her exam and they distracted her with a treat while administering her shots. Office was clean, staff efficient. I will continue with this vet as long as I have my dog.

I am so glad we made the switch to El Paseo Animal Hospital. Referred to us by a friend who told me her baby dog Bocci is well taken care of here, I thought I'd bring my cat to see if they can help with an issue he's having. Brianna the technician and Dr. Jeffries gave our kitty a comprehensive check up. I was impressed with how caring and knowledgeable they are. From the online appointment system to the front desk to the doctor - it has been a good experience with El Paseo Animal Hospital. The doctor spent time with our sweet, geriatric dog, taking the time to listen to our concerns and to get down on the floor and check her out. He was kind and compassionate, and prescribed some anti nausea medications that have made our sweet dog happier and more comfortable.
