I am so glad we made the switch to El Paseo Animal Hospital. Referred to us by a friend who told me her baby dog Bocci is well taken care of here, I thought I'd bring my cat to see if they can help with an issue he's having. Brianna the technician and Dr. Jeffries gave our kitty a comprehensive check up. I was impressed with how caring and knowledgeable they are. From the online appointment system to the front desk to the doctor - it has been a good experience with El Paseo Animal Hospital. The doctor spent time with our sweet, geriatric dog, taking the time to listen to our concerns and to get down on the floor and check her out. He was kind and compassionate, and prescribed some anti nausea medications that have made our sweet dog happier and more comfortable. I can't say enough about these veterinarians. I moved here two years ago and was at VCA. I have the most traumatic experience ever and I was referred to them by three separate people always in 24 hours. I have four pets and was about ready to drive to LA for a veterinarian. Luckily, I found them before I did, and they were thorough and sweet and great with my pets and me!

Last week I had to make the EXTREMELY hard discussion to put my best friend Rex to sleep. From the moment I arrived the staff was very understanding of my fragile emotions which was very comforting. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable & ready for what was going to happen. I was not rushed or made to feel like "just a number". I took my cat, Moxie, here for a routine check up and some vaccinations. We were greeted instantly by the amazing front desk staff and they got us all checked in and even got Moxies past medical records on the spot! They took amazing care of my cat as she was extremely nervous and stressed. Going here definitely made my nervousness go away though! With amazing staff and an amazing Veterinarian I would recommend this place to anyone and I'll be happily going back! Thank you!

Both of these compassionate doctors are top notch. This is also the only hospital in the valley that sees exotic and pocket pets too! The facility is stunning and state of the art. We are incredibly lucky to have patient, kind care right around the corner.
