I'm so incredibly annoyed and frustrated! I called and spoke to someone Friday 11/8/24 around 3:30pm to get my dog seen for a possible UTI and I was told the earliest I could come in was 8:30am on Monday. I thought: "Great! We only have to make it to through the weekend." I was told if I could get a free catch urine sample to bring it in too and they would try to use it if possible. Wanted to check out new vet closer to our home and took our dog there to check them out and they charged $80 to read and review his file, $32 to clip his nails & $47 for a medical test whose results we don't have after more than a month. They even misspelled my name 2 different ways on the bill. Our experience was completely different than the complimentary reviews that encouraged us to try them.
