Both of these compassionate doctors are top notch. This is also the only hospital in the valley that sees exotic and pocket pets too! The facility is stunning and state of the art. We are incredibly lucky to have patient, kind care right around the corner.

I really like Dr. Jeffries, but his front office does him a great disservice. They are dismissive and couldn't care less about making an effort to attempt, even a little, to accommodate you. Even asking to leave a message for the doctor is a chore for them, and they are uncommitted to doing that much. They have bad attitudes and are apathetic. Wow, bad news. Price i knew I needed antibiotics when I walked in didn't want her to suffer but come on 1300 dollars for a uti a script for clavamox all I needed should not be legal !

I will not be going back...EVER! I 100% agree with the other reviews that say the front office experience is super unfriendly and the doctors were nice. I felt very mistreated after spending over $1,700 on a teeth cleaning yesterday, and stressing all day due to the anesthesia my dog had. They gave me the late pick-up time in the afternoon even though I dropped my dog off at 8 am and asked to not pick her up late. I'm really disappointed to write this because the veterinarian seemed competent (albeit rushed with very little time spent), but the front desk experience at El Paseo Animal Hospital completely undermines the practice. On multiple interactions, Lindsay and other front desk staff were curt, dismissive, and noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I was first recommended El Paso animal Hospital, and the veterinarians there. I was so excited to hear about a vet that cared in the area.As of today all my visits I've had there were disappointing at best. The pet Care seemed OK but pricey with extra tests but most importantly, I had five animals there and in 50 years I have NEVER ENCOUNTERED a more rude staff in my lifetime. During the appointment with Dr. Rachel, she seemed to be passionate about caring for our pup - that is up until she suggested services that were very expensive and unnecessary. After our appointment with her, we felt her approach for treatment was more financially self-serving than ethically caring for her patients. We will not be returning to El Paseo Animal Hospital.

Unprofessional staff. Overpriced. Close whenever they feel like it despite posted business hours. Absolutely disappointing. Update: They also pay to have their negative reviews changed on Google. I have to keep updating and changing back to thumbs down, screen grabbing and reposting proof that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. UNETHICAL.
