Liked the hotel... would stay there again Casino and concourses were a little on the chilly side. Had to wear hoodie most of the time. The rooms could have more plug ins had to unplug a lamp to charge cell phone and hearing aids. Hair dryer in room did not work, house keeping did not bring back up toilet paper, nearly ran out. Mostly everything

Comfortable & clean. Other than I was so sad to see the huge decline on Virginia Street, I have no complaints. The room was big & clean & the restaurants were good. Friendly staff.

Nice place but I’m not coming back I was I little disappointed only thing I didn’t like was because we took the players spa and payd a little more for the room with the jacuzzi. as soon as I get in there I turn the jacuzzi on and a lot of nasty thing came out of the ducts, I went to complaint in the reception, they were very helpful but they just sent someone in there to clean it up, even after cleaning it still dirty things coming out, I did recorded a video of everything and even after show the receptionist she just gave m... read more
