All the staff we interacted with went out of their way to help and direct us. They were all very friendly and courteous.
The rooms are very dated & need to be updated.
When we arrived the view was a cluttered rooftop and looked really bad. Could not switch rooms. Spa tub had water and soap suds. Had to call to have fixed
