Overall the hotel was nice. The suite with the small playa pool that I stayed in was bigger than expected and everything was to my liking. I only had two issues. For one it’s no microwave which sucks when you have food that needs to be warmed and two the tub is very deep and high off of the floor. I am a short thick person so getting in and out of the tub was a bit of a hassle. If there was a step stool that would be great!

Gave away my room the first night when I requested late check in. Got stuck with a king for multiple guests and had a roll away in a smoking room when we asked for non smoking.

We were a late check in for only a one night stay. We’re only there to sleep and leave the next morning to travel to Lake Tahoe. Everything was fine except there was no hot water in the bathroom that night. I had plan to report it the next morning, but it seemed to have finely warmed up by the time we got up. Also electrical outlets for charging electronic devices were sparse. However, for a 50 year old hotel, it was pretty good.

I Screwed up on reservations and ended up locked out Sunday night. Check in desk personnel (Can't remember her name) was so helpful in helping us Fix my mistake! No negatives that I could see.
