very disappointed. on one of the photos for our room it showed a loveseat or 2 comfort chairs. When I checked in we had a computer chair on wheels, they later sent up a strairghtback chair so we would have 2 chairs, said the room we paid for did not have anything but what we got. I also stated we were both disabled. The shower had no chair, no grip bars, not even something we could grip inside the shower. They did bring us a shower chair when we complained. They offered to move us to a upgraded room but at a higher price. We... read more
My granddaughter and I had an excellent time. We can't wait to do it again
Limited and inconvenient disabled access especially to restaurants. Having to contact hotel ataff then wait for chair lift operator to show up is not a reasonable accommodation for disabled people. There are 4 chair lifts set up this way.
