The room was nice and roomy! Outdoors there were too many sketchy folk? Like bums, looking for food/ money?!
Did not like paying a resort fee when amenities are not available at reasonable times...pool closed at 8pm, so was only able to use it once during our stay - $74 in resort fees for one dip in the pool?

Great staff from check-in, room service, maid service to Mikey who took me back to the airport early Saturday morning when no taxis could be found - everyone was friendly and made me want to come back to the Eldorado the next time I'm in Reno.

The Player's Suite was a very nice room on the 20th Floor with an amazing view and spa tub right in the room. One of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in.
