Though the staff was friendly and service was quick and attentive, my room was not the greatest. There was a big burn mark on the wall by the coffeemaker. There was a wet towel on the floor in the bathroom, and housekeeping had not finished setting up our room. It was after the check in time when we were given keys to go to our room.
sons wedding The people were very friendly and helpful but the beds were very uncomfortable! Also there was no valet available until our last day ugh! but other than that our stay was very good!
Everything went well
Parking attendant and bartender First of all the gentleman that was working in the parking garage was awesome i ended up in the wrong garage without realizing it and he went over and beyond to help me find my car to get my bags for the night. Also the bartender, and I wish i could remember which bar it was, she was fantastic my whole experience was fantastic
Hot tub needs to be cleaner, i found mold floating when i ran water in it. The rest of the room was clean. Suprise extra fees when you check in as well.
Clean. Not too busy. Nice staff.

El Dorado Stay Room was clean. Nothing remarkable about the room. The cost was staggering considering the room was just average. Food was very good and the room service was prompt. Stayed 4 nights.
