Check in was quite easy, no waiting. It took only a few minutes. The "resort fee" is a joke. Charging a very high rate for basic services is a true rip off. Hotels need to state the actual room cost not a fake low rate

We strive to stay every visit we do to Reno here at El Dorado simply for the atmosphere. Great place.
Good The room had wet carpet and it looked like the ceiling had leaked. This hotel is definitely due of an upgrade
