Very friendly and helpful staff Room was nice and clean but had a stale Smokey smell Even though it was a non-smoking room

I was on a non smoking floor and for some bazar reason they had ashtrays by the elevators which of course the nasty cig smoke drifted down the hallways and into my room … sink was plugged , barley drained

Players Spa room Wonderful as always. We come often to plat, and always stay in the spa payers room The view is magnificent. The room is comfortable. The service always great. El dorado is our home away from home.

Property is older and a bit run down. Booked through Expedia where it said check in was 12pm. Hotel charged me an extra $20 to check in before 3pm and was not willing to accommodate even though it was a Sunday night stay not during peak hours. A lot of the restaurants were closed and the rate for the room was overpriced all things considered.
