Facility beginning to show its age, but, OK room The lobby and gaming area is simply a bit long in the tooth. Late evening elevator / guest noise (not the hotels fault) due to room next to elevator. OK room. Beds very comfortable. Great towels. Check-in staff nice / professional. Some of the best French Fries I ever had. Hotel easy to get to from I-80.

It was nice. That you can smell smoke even when you weren't on the smoking areas and the one of the workers an older man was complaining when we use the elevator going down to the bathrooms when he was going up. Saying he needs to get to work. The night we stayed the young man doing Vala was so helpfull he had a few cars and he was alone.

Reno fun Pool was not the best a bit cold Love that the property is so close to everything.Great food really wonderful staff super friendly...Casino a blast wait staff fabulous...

Very Good The restaurant service was just okay. Once seated waitress was slow and inattentive. Waited 20 minutes for check. The next time we ate there, there was no problem. Asked waiter to take our picture, he said yes but never retuned. Clean, quite, comfy. Great room service. Front desk friendly.
