Mediocre and pricey My boyfriend booked the room hoping to check out what would be in the mini bar, they advertised one, but our fridge was empty. We also were never given plates or bowls to eat food in. We ordered Pho and I asked for an extra bowl and had to walk down a second time to get it. For the price I think it shouldve been way better. I plan to check out GSR next time. The bathroom was pretty. The staff has always been very friendly. The cleaning ladies were always on top of making sure I had coffee and soap..etc

Very Good The room was pretty small, but the description upon booking was correct, "Petite Queen room" Central location, was close to the Bowling Center which was the purpose of my trip to Reno.

Not what expected for price. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom needs upgrading, or the price cut in 1/2. Breakfast was good, staff was freindly, good location
