housekeeping was not good we asked for room service since it was a spa tub. they came in and just took out the trash and replaced the towels and made the bed, not clean up or straighten up the room or clean counter tops. bathroom towel were all taken except bath towels. was disappointing walking back into the room like this

Well for the first time staying at the hotel I expected it more cleaner. Walking inside,the glass doors look they haven’t been cleaned in months, the carpet looked bad. The staff was great but going in the elevator was a bad smell. The room had a musty smell. While gambling I saw a lot of homeless people going in the bathroom and God knows what they were doing. I counted at least 15 within the hour. It didn’t seemed normal. Not really happy with my stay. Next time I’ll book a different hotel.
