Customer service was best, Caleb at front desk helped us a lot to accommodate all my family members on same floor. Very clean hotel.
Awesome stay! It was amazing, a good little get away for a night! Wish I could have stayed longer!
Happy with the room Had a spa suite, room was nice. Spa tub was nice, worked well and not super loud. You can opt out of house keeping. There is no room service, so you have to do carry out. Not all the restaurants have the same rules for take away, so call first. Most people were wearing masks.
Bathrooms could use updating The bathtub took a long time to drain. Would prefer to have a shower instead. The toilet took a couple flushes to flush down toilet paper.
Decent room, great location, free self parking. Breakfast restaurant was listed as open but was not during our stay.
The Staff was Amazing. Paint job on doors and trim very sloppy. Runny . Not professional. Gaming very iffy. All machines very tight. Will look to other Casinos to stay. Played over $1200. Checked our balance ... A whopping $3 in comps. No added incentive for sign up.
We loved the overall experience of the room and the Casino the row! What we didn't like because of the Covid nothing was open or stayed open late!
