The services were very accommodating and bar associate gentlemen provided awesome service as well. That the hotel could not provide a bottle of wine to room. I understood it was due to covid but nonetheless, it was one of my desires that wasn't met. The Eldorado did a great otherwise and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food delivery to room was excellent.

Good but not great as it can be Few upgrades can help.. first there was makeup stains on few towels but they did send a brand new batch of towels to us.. second there was holes on the blanket cover I was like how old is this blanket ?! if it’s got torn holes on them and it wasn’t jus one it was a few holes,luckily I had brought my own blanket that I used instead. 3rd the door have the huge gap between the floor to the door like you can see the hallway or put ur fingers through them.. Good The 24 hour coffee shop was closed & not open 24 hours. Most food places closed by 8:30
I loved it I wish some of the restaurants were open 24/7 and it would have been great if the buffet had been open. It was great
