Over the top comfort with punitive Resort fees. Even during a pandemic, the Eldorado went out of their way To make us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Even though I was the only person in line waiting to check in, a second Clerk came out to help. They apologized for the few reduced ammenities of the hotel because of the pandemic. Later, when enjoying the casino, we noticed the Amazing efforts at Social distancing and cleanliness.
