Overall good but the shower did. It drain well and had to stop shadower a couple of time to let water drain out so I was not standing in 3-4 inches of dirty water.

Casino atmosphere Eldorado, was a pleasant experience in an older style building with somewhat dated decor. The staff at the checkin were wonderful, the restaurants were expensive and the ques to get in a tad annoying given it was a lack of staff rather than tables that created the waiting. Overall ok, but, I’ll stay out at Sparks next time as it has a lot more to offer than downtown Reno.

Stihl Champion Air Races Eldorado Very accommodating staff. Exceptionally maintained rooms. Beds very comfortable. Excellent selection of meal choices.

This hotel is really showing it’s age. It’s safe and decent but definitely needs some tlc. Check in was great and the registrar was very helpful and finding is the adjoining rooms we needed. Great customer service. We at ichi bans and this was a great experience. Great food.

The staff was great very clean inside casino areas the room was old and somewhat clean stains on the sheets on the bed bathroom smelled like chemicals of some kind spa didnt really work
