The property itself was nice and had everything we needed. Linking all of the local hotels together was very convenient and we didn’t have to go out and walk around on the streets to get around. These hotels were nice and we felt comfortable, however, Reno in general was disappointing, The row as it’s called was disappointing, it felt unsafe to walk around at night. If we are going to spend the money to travel and gamble we will just go to Vegas in the future,

Great place to stay in Reno. The Italian restaurant is super with excellent food and very nice waitpersons.

Fun in Reno The room was very clean and spacious enough. Quite even the ice machine next door. Nice to have a table and chairs but would love to have then the same height. Will stay there the next time also.

The check in was wonderful - vibrant staff who were having fun with their jobs, it was good to see. Our room wasn’t ready but no problem, upgraded to the 25th floor with spectacular views!! The ROW was unexpected and awesome - lots of entertainment from three adjoining casinos provided plenty of food choices and entertainment. I would recommend the impeccable kept resort to anyone. Impressed for sure.
