I have stayed here since the Fitzgerald closed. Always clean and bright. It is beginning to show its age. Carpeting on 10th floor had ducttape holding down some edges. Only complaint is shower room should have a brighter bulb. Pool was wonderful.

Unclear where parking structure was located. Desk person on call could not direct me. Easy To get lost inside the row call mom because you don’t know which casino property you’re in, perhaps better signing of what casino your Renwood help people find their way around. I was surprised that my bill was $100 more than planned, surprised to find out there’s $100 deposit they don’t tell you about that’s refundable when you check out.

Our room was quiet. Lots of options for dining. Il Divo COncert venue not so nice.

Great place to stay. I only been to Reno a couple of times, maybe 20 or more years ago. I had an amazing time; the staff was great!! it will not be another 20 years before I return unless something happens to me.

Older hotel, but in good condition overall. Love the free wolf park and dining options. The staff was friendly. Now the room for improvement. There were few outlets for charging electronics. The door jam was loose on our door. We tried 2 rooms and found both smelled of smoke. It might be lack of good ventilation from the casino below. We had requested non-smoking. If you want to be on The Row, this is a good choice. .
