Great service and amenities. Small room but that is what I paid for. I will come here again in my next trip passing through Reno
Property was ok but bathroom had bugs in the bathtub.

We stay at the Eldorado all the time. I don't believe I've stayed in the tower we were in before but it was nice that the haul way was short to get to our room. As for the room décor it was ok. Every lamp in the room was old and had to be turned on by where the lightbulb was instead of your more modern rooms with the switch on the base and there were no USB ports anywhere to be found. The furniture was older except for the dresser the TV sat on. The bed was comfortable however the body pillows for pillows didn't work for me.... read more

Dos tres la alberca el agua muy elada
We stayed in the superior king room in the newer tower for 3 nights. Room was quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great as it connected to other casinos without having to go outside. Lots of places to eat and be entertained. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Reno. Free parking was also a plus. However if arriving on a Friday or Saturday night, be sure to arrive early as the parking structure becomes full fast.
