We really appreciated the way its connected to 2 other casinos. Staff was down to earth and made sure all oyr needs were met! The only downfall was the buffet being closed.
Big Tub
Good but not great So, we arrived and we realized there was no coffee or the familiar coffee supplies, (like coffee cups and creamers). So we called it in. They brought it up, but not everything. The next day, they cleaned the space, left coffee, (nice) but left us no coffee cups. They just seem a step behind…also, the thermostat is hard to work so we froze the first night. It’s just outdated.
The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Cleaning staff was awesome. Sink counter was extremly low. Not sure if that type of room was for handicapped or not but please don't put tall people in that room again. Thank you.

On night in Reno I was in room 1019, and thought maybe the bed needed replaced. Also there were no washcloths in my room, I did not ask for them, as I also carry my own when I travel.
nice and clean. Staff was nice and friendly .
Players Suite We always enjoy our stays at the El Dorado. Our favorite room is the Plays Suite. Great view and super comfortable.
