Bad That when I went to the casino to get a bronze reward card for my first time. FYI it was my first time don’t now how it work I was just told by a host to grab one. So when we went we got in line with 3 of my family members Rene was being rude... I informed her it was our first time and instead of explaining how it work she she got mad and closed her register and walk away. Not ok at all I am not happy at all with The welcoming of Rene she don’t even said sorry or try witch was bad service.. not happy will rethink of this... read more

Based on other reviews I thought it would be better. $25 minimum crap tables?! Really? Rooms were VERY outdated. Position of furniture was not user friendly. Wallpaper peeling, light bulbs burned out. Plumbing was very noisy from near by rooms. Staff was nice.

The cockroach in the room solidifies I won't stay again. Having a cockroach in the room. I was afraid of bringing one/some home with me. Because of Covid, no cleaning of the room was allowed. During our stay I had to kill a cockroach. That was my main complaint. That and we had to ask for coffee and water for our second day.

Bad
Mediocre at best. Never again. The blinds didn’t close. There was a bright light shining right outside our window. There was a guy who was walking around on the roof right outside our window at night and the curtains were fixed so they couldn’t be lowered. It was in a great location. We walked to midtown for good food and drinks.

It wasn’t what I was expecting but made it enjoyable. The soda machine was empty, the staff wasn’t very helpful, there was only one place to eat and it was reservation only. The bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver around. There was multiple random phone calls to the room almost all night and had many other guest knock on our door for other people. I liked the view and the quickness of the things I had asked for brought up.
