Worst experience with a hotel in my life Concierge couldn't find my reservation. Took over 2 hours to find! Ended up in a dirty room. My bathroom wasn't cleaned and in times of corona virus this is not ok!!!

Disappointed I felt like there were some staff who were very rude and discriminated against me and I was yelled at by a bar manager just for simply asking how I can get a drink where I was gambling at. The room was nice and some of the staff were nice as well.

Reno Trip Anniversary I had to call for housekeeping awhile day b4 they finally bought the stuff then got it wrong and had to come 3 different times before I got everything It’s connected to other hotel don’t have to go outside to get to

Poor No breakfast, stained blankets, ordered a room with a king bed & got two queens it stank in the room
