Poor staff I had a gentlemen staff member in a suit yell in my face while I was smoking saying he seen me put my mask in my pocket after he told me to put it on ...which i was stuffing my wallet in my pocket but had the mask in the same hand then was gonna put my mask on... he continued to get extremely rude and close to my face hi coworker had to have him walk away and apologize to us... also a maid came in my room at 9:30am while I was sleeping... Disappointing Room was nice and clean had gotten the player suite with jacuzzi and we didn't get to use jacuzzi bcuz it was shooting out stuff from jets. So the water was dirty and that's the whole reason we got the room they gave us our resort fee back 37.50 but totally wasn't worth the 260 Room was food size and the bed was very comfortable

Light sleepers beware My husband and I shared a king bed and the mattress might as well have been a blow up mattress. The mattress transfers SO MUCH MOVEMENT. I ended up sleeping on the hard floor with the duvet cover. Good location
