Not good AC unit would not turn off Not so good. AC unit was full blast when walked in the room. Called front desk & asked for different room since AC would not turn off. Not accommodating at all. Insisted in sending up “engineer” to try & fix problem. After no one came up for a while.. called front desk again. Finally sent someone up but of course it could not be fixed. We were charged a110 fee above stated price from Expedia. There was no written info about services, how to use tv even, let alone what the hotel offers in amenities
Poor Very small room for price and confusing entry and valet location. Casino needs upgrade. Spent all our time at connecting casino. I’ll never stay at El Dorado hotel again.
When the session came, very bad service, they did not explain how to get to my room. I asked several times and they did not give a good answer.
Very run down and dirty property.
