Old rooms The room smelled like mildew and I ask to be moved and the next room was musty and felt unclean.

Dirty Thong Found dirty underwear and thongs in our bedrooms.
First, I must say the staff at front desk, bell service and valet were excellent! The problem with this hotel is the lack of proper air filtration or something like that. We booked a non-smoking room. The first room we were assigned smelled of cigarettes and weed so bad you could hardly breath. I immediately called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. I did not like it at all. The room was just outside the elevator. I thought I paid premium & disappointed. The hotel clerk was not friendly at all. I did not know there was an early check in charge so I was charge extra $30. The clerk was not nice enough to explain to me & no smile at all.
Up sale and not worth 4 star in any ways!!!!
Bad manager Manager was horrible and rude we checked and ac wasn’t working they a clown up to fix and we left room came back wasn’t fixed called back at ten in the evening they went the same clown back up and pretty much said I can’t fix it called manager back and all she wanted to do was give us a 37 resort fee discount
Somebody else’s soap and shampoo in the shower . Smoke in a non-smoking room. Only one cup for coffee.
