Very Poor Well to begin the room was not very clean. We stayed for 5 days and not one day we got room service. We were told that because of the pandemic they could not come in the room. The places smelled Really bad and not one day someone came to offer trash bags or toilet paper. Not worth the long trip. Would not stay there again!!! Nothing

It’s okay The smell of smoke. The difference between Las Vegas and Reno removing the smoke from its casinos is quite noticeable. During a pandemic that affects the lungs first one would think El Dorado would be up there with making all attempts to be as smoke free as possible. It was uncomfortable, didnt have a good time will never stay there again I didnt like anything. Will never stay again. Peppermill is sooo much nicer. Staff is rude..casino service sucks..no t.v channels..room service sucks..security harasses people..in room jacuzzi not working properly..I just hated staying there. Peppermill had no rooms or would have stayed there. Nothing. I will never ever stay there again

Bad Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They lack empathy, knowledge and compassion. The nught crew is rude and unprofessional to say the least. I wish I could remember the lady's name. But on the night of 8/21 she was working. Older white female with short hair at the front desk. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. They also don't take your temperature when coming into the hotel. Unlike many other hotels. Lackluster Very little cleaning of slots between uses, room was dusty and gross. I found a giant cockroach in my room.

Well, at least they weren't busy. Breakfast not included as stated.given a smaller room than booked. Overcharged from booking.com rate.

Poor The room was probably the worst that was given to us. Super dirty. The bathroom was not clean, we could see stain on the matresses. People screaming in the middle of the night cursing and it smell likw mariguana. Definately not staying here anymore. The location.
