I played for 5 hours and didn't earn 1 point.....I don't get it. Seems way off from the other casinos. The buffet was not exceptional either.
The proper authorities to air your complaints to is not the folks at Eldorado but the folks at the Ohio Lottery Commission (OLC) since they regulate all video lottery terminals (VLT) and racinos in Ohio. If the OLC is doing their job of making sure the VLTs are operating correctly then the payouts would be higher. The VLTs that are designated as KONAMI are not operating correctly because their overall payouts are between 60 to 70% instead of the standard 85 to 93%. I feel the same as a lot of people have mentioned....no free play...how can you lose by giving people a little seed money to come and play? Don't come as often as we did before, this was our first visit in the new year.
It's OK, I'm sure they make plenty of money but they aren't Las Vegas level. They do very little free play even for their long term players. They really need to have sanitizing wipes available to their guests to wipe down machines, I've seen people sneeze on them, pick their noses and keep playing, not wash their hands leaving the bathroom, ug.. No free play and I go every week. Time to slow down
The Racino was great! The customer service at Brew Brothers was bull shit. We put our group of 3 name in at 8pm. They said 2 hour wait... we were willing to wait.. they text & said table is ready... THEN! "Oh we had you down for 2 ppl " happened and they said we can put u at the bottom of the list and you can wait some more..
