Eldarado is a nice place. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I find the payouts low. I like the free play we get in the mail. Mine is never a lot but every bit helps. The restroom was decent except that one of the faucets did not work. I will return and hopefully I will be able to win a little more to play longer than I did this last visit. I do like the convenience to the interstates.
It is crap now! I moved to Idaho for 3yrs. Was looking forward to coming back to go to the Racino , I was highly disappointed. Dirty rude staff, service desk took for ever to get my card replaced. I used to love coming I drove 90 miles to go. I will go to Wheeling Downs from now on. Goodbye Racino you may as well be on the boardwalk in Atlantic city with that garbage!!! I won't be back!
The Restrooms are very dirty,when me & my Brother was There. Playing wheel of fortune The Scecurty Guard Was Sitting & Falling asleep I felt unsafe there when you see securty fall asleep on the job that they get payed for!! I would be unsafe when you see securty fall asleep & get payed for it.
We ate at the Brew and was very disappointed. Wish we ate before we came. All the machines are basically the same thing. You sit and says a penny but really 50 cents to even play. It was boring even when I won some money. Sad since it was our first date night in years. I don't believe we will go back.
My wife and I go there all the time, she gets free play I don't. The cash cafe is a joke, I got a pizza to go on Saturday night and it was not done. The buffet was so so, but the brew brothers is fantastic. The cost to use their atm is out of site in Vegas it was 2 dollars, common sense would tell you to lower it so people would use it more often.
Okay here is some of my positive and negative things. Last time me and girl went to the buffet the food was cold and limit supply and swore we never go bad. And reading other people complaints and the bathroom are true, they are dirty and never clean. And the games are low pay out. But hey we are here to have fun anyway. And the kiosk never read my card so who know if your points are adding up right so you go to customers service and they keep giving you new cards. I really enjoy coming weekly to play the slots and in the summer watching the races. Some weeks I win and some I don't but that's the chance I choose to take. My problem is with the giveaways, I came the last 4 weeks for my bedroom collection but tonight you ran out of comforters with a lot of people left in line. I know it's first come first served but you shouldn't send out so many cards with so little product....I came at the same time every Wednesday but tonight I was in line still when you ran out...This won't stop me f... read more
Not very clean in the play areas. Machines are super tight. May visit again but no way soon. Drink machines not very clean at all. Patio areas not bad
