I have been such a great experience with Elite Customer Service since moving in . I appreciate that Bill R spent time with me reviewing all the features of the home, helped me program all the utilities that had apps. He spent time ensuring I fully understood , and most importantly he was so very kind to me. He helped me make adjustments that were based on my personal needs. I really appreciate that.
