Jim has been very helpful and patient, guiding us through the selections for our new home. He has never been pushy or overbearing. He has answered all our questions in a timely manner and made himself perfectly accessible. He has also been honest and thorough.

Started off a little disappointing. Was told one price (in writing!!) to finish the basement. But ending up paying $4000 more than that to actually finish the basement. This was escalated, but management would not honor the price we were originally given (again, this was in writing not a verbal quote). But things did get better. Our lot was originally a side walk out basement but Bill was able to make this a back walkout, which is what we really wanted! My husband and I are so thrilled to be working with Gretchen as we embark on building our Garden Home in Signature Point. Our questions were answered quickly and accurately (and there were a lot of questions!). She has guided us in making the selections that will make the house our home without pressure to choose or spend out of our comfort zone. I had a wonderful experience with Gretchen and Paula at Signature Point. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions I had. Gretchen was also very patient with me and willing to go over many points multiple times.
Jim was very knowledgeable about the entire building process and very responsive and helpful in discussing potential lot locations. He accommodated multiple requests to meet and view other model homes and went out of his way to provide opportunities to view different elevations. I would definitely be happy to work with him again.
