My reason for contacting Elite Door started with my plan to replace a part inside the opener's motor unit. However, I soon realized that if the door was not balanced the new part ************* unit) would be damaged. The Elite technician balanced the door and then finished the part install. I appreciated his expertise on a project that quickly became much more than an easy do-it-yourself job.

I called Elite GD&G on a Friday night and the tech was at the door at 8:30 the next morning. One broken 12 year old spring was replaced along with two new springs, new door rollers, new lift rollers and a new J-bar. The door works great and seals better than before. I got a 10 year warranty and got my car out of the garage. The tech did the work in an hour. He was clean, professional and patient. My only disappointment was the price.
