On Time, Focused on Maintenance and replaced worn out (Cheap Plastic) drive. Verified all Safety and controls work. Left garage clean when finished.
The original problem with the door was the garage door opener but the tech that came out convinced me that the problem was the spring and assembly which was replaced but did not fix the problem. The second time they came out found that the garage door opener was the problem so I had to pay more for it which did fix the original problem.************

October 5/23: I called the office at 9:45. Explained my garage door would only close half ******* wasnt able to make it go back up. The c/service rep was able to have a service tech come to my house within 45 minutes ! Which he did ! Unbelievably polite & told me exactly what was happening in terms I could understand. Unfortunately the motor needed to be replaced. The job was done within 1.5 hours. The service & professional was outstanding & I would definitely recommend Elite Garage Service to anyone.
