October 5/23: I called the office at 9:45. Explained my garage door would only close half ******* wasnt able to make it go back up. The c/service rep was able to have a service tech come to my house within 45 minutes ! Which he did ! Unbelievably polite & told me exactly what was happening in terms I could understand. Unfortunately the motor needed to be replaced. The job was done within 1.5 hours. The service & professional was outstanding & I would definitely recommend Elite Garage Service to anyone.

Very satisfied with recent garage door opener replacement. Customer ********************** was able to send someone out for an estimate same day. Very knowledgeable and helpful technician was able to provide the information I needed to make a good decision and was able to do the replacement on the spot. Job well done! had appt. time delayed 2x and eventually **** came out to program my garage door opener to my car. minimum labor cost (pricey!) no matter what was done. got it taken it taken care of & works great! did a bit of maintenance on the parts. explained all maintenance plans (very pricey!). did not care for the 3% surcharge for cards. that is a cost of doing business and a tax deduction. it's customer convenience as well.

Elite Garage Door and Gates provided me with excellent service a few days ago to repair the belt that broke on one of my garage doors. The two appointments were scheduled promptly. Needed a second appointment because the belt manufacturer was sending me a free belt warrantee replacement. *******, Elite's Technician, provided me with a thorough evaluation, great communications and service. Elite garage was great i called them and they came the same day and installed my garage door opener, then i had trouble with my old garage door that was on the other garage they came out the same day and fixe that as well then came back when i was in town and programed my car for no additional monies!Great services, and very polite men!

After 5 visits from technician and a payment of $941.00, the garage door was not working. The whole problem started because my outside remote got wet and quit working. This remote system was 22 years old so had to be replaced with new system, but the tech never got it working.Because they informed they were giving up on the project and send me a refund, but I didn't expect the complete charge of $941.00 plus a separate check for $100.00.I had spoke to the phone contact several times who was very cordial and made it clear to ... read more
