My reason for contacting Elite Door started with my plan to replace a part inside the opener's motor unit. However, I soon realized that if the door was not balanced the new part ************* unit) would be damaged. The Elite technician balanced the door and then finished the part install. I appreciated his expertise on a project that quickly became much more than an easy do-it-yourself job.

I called Elite GD&G on a Friday night and the tech was at the door at 8:30 the next morning. One broken 12 year old spring was replaced along with two new springs, new door rollers, new lift rollers and a new J-bar. The door works great and seals better than before. I got a 10 year warranty and got my car out of the garage. The tech did the work in an hour. He was clean, professional and patient. My only disappointment was the price. Prompt in coming our to check garage door opener. Recommended we call an electrician to correct problem.
The service was great! My garage door wouldn't open - thought it was the door opener. The service tech quickly identified the problem as broken springs.He had the parts with him and immediately replaced the springs and reset my garage opener.Very pleased with the service and the promptness of service. I called the company where I purchased the garage opener and they couldn't come out for almost two weeks!!
The new garage door motor malfunctioned two days after installation. They were out overnight with a replacement.
The spring on the 300 pound garage door broke with our car inside the garage. I called and ***** the technician, was at our house within an hour! He replaced the springs and I had him replace the 30 year old motor and rollers too. The job was done in less than 4 hours and everything works great!
