The service was great! My garage door wouldn't open - thought it was the door opener. The service tech quickly identified the problem as broken springs.He had the parts with him and immediately replaced the springs and reset my garage opener.Very pleased with the service and the promptness of service. I called the company where I purchased the garage opener and they couldn't come out for almost two weeks!!
The new garage door motor malfunctioned two days after installation. They were out overnight with a replacement.
The spring on the 300 pound garage door broke with our car inside the garage. I called and ***** the technician, was at our house within an hour! He replaced the springs and I had him replace the 30 year old motor and rollers too. The job was done in less than 4 hours and everything works great!

He came out on Sunday, which was great. He did a thorough job at determining what had to be done about the garage door. He was able to get the garage door down which was important to me for safety reasons. When he left I felt very secure that the job would be done right.
