Elite Garage Doors was a quick responding to what I thought was a not safe condition. The tech examined the door..then explained what he wanted to do. After my approval for the work to be done, the tech fixed and installed parts as he had explained. My door works great now.

The scheduling process was very good and the technicians arrived on time. The quality of work was very good. I had some questions regarding the **** and the person in the finance department was very helpful and agreed that there were a couple of incorrect items on the **** and removed those and provided a prompt refund for my over-payment. Consequently, I was very pleased with all aspects of the service provided and I highly recommend this company for garage door repair.

They were quick the tech was very knowledgeable and honest. The estimate was upfront and fair. The work was completed same day and was done very satisfactorily. The tech reviewed everything both before & after to be sure we were satisfied.Would definitely recommend them.
