Very fast response when our opener died. The service men were prompt, friendly and clearly skilled at their work. The were done in about an hour. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and also the quality of their hardware products.

Totally satisfied with new Lift Master Garage Door opener. Excellent company and **********, the tech installer was great. Very knowledgeable and made the install/replacement look easy. Excellent care for property and surroundings. Basics of system easy, more functions than I had previously. Good work but tech had to return two different times as didnt have correct part. Should have checked old one on first visit. Not complaining just my outside view as I was a technician for 23 years and notice details. Also thinking your prices are way too high. I got ten new nylon rollers for a couple dollars more than one of yours.

This was a real good experience and to think I almost sent the tech away not long after he pulled up. Van (the tech) and I were pretty sure what his boss wanted to charge for the job which meant I would shop around a little more. Van called his boss and they made me a counter offer which was great since everything for the job was on the truck. The job was done in a little over an hour with a lot of free advice on garage door care in the future. What a pleasure.

I was relieved to learn that a technician from Elite could come out on a Sunday afternoon and service my garage door that was stuck/broken closed. This was on a Sunday when numerous *** playoff games were on television, too! ****** was a technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He got the job done without wasting any time. This company helped me because the next day on a Monday I have an appointment that I needed to drive myself to. Thank you Elite, and ******! Merrely

they sent someone out immediately for a estimate of installing 2 new doors on my garage. once they arrived from overseas they scheduled the installation. Workers arrived on time and had them installed in two hrs. They were perfect.
