I was asked twice to review elite by the company so I will I felt they overcharged me about ****** I think they move very quickly to get the highest amount they can I think a ****** labor charge for 35 minutes of work is outrageous I believe the work they do is average and as fast as possible. My advice shop around you can save money with another company
The service was great! The door had trouble for awhile and we basically were aware that we would need a full replacement. We were very pleased with the technician who was on time, very knowledgeable and completed the job with ease. We are very happy with Elite Garage Door Repair!

Our garage door torque springs broke. Their response to my problem was prompt. They replaced the entire mechanism because they said the original company is out of business and parts are not available. The technicians were the best and installed the new spring system in an hour. In 2018 they also replaced my garage door opener. Both times the technicians were polite and helpful. The thing I question is their pricing. The new opener was $1,000 and the new spring system was $1,100 with a senior veteran discount.

Elite Garage Doors & Gates did a great job in replacing my totally dead garage door motor plus all the accessories. The technician was prompt, courteous, and competent. Even though the emergency release cable was balky to say the least, he kept at it until he got the door open without having to remove trim or risk damage to the door.
