Our garage door torque springs broke. Their response to my problem was prompt. They replaced the entire mechanism because they said the original company is out of business and parts are not available. The technicians were the best and installed the new spring system in an hour. In 2018 they also replaced my garage door opener. Both times the technicians were polite and helpful. The thing I question is their pricing. The new opener was $1,000 and the new spring system was $1,100 with a senior veteran discount.

Elite Garage Doors & Gates did a great job in replacing my totally dead garage door motor plus all the accessories. The technician was prompt, courteous, and competent. Even though the emergency release cable was balky to say the least, he kept at it until he got the door open without having to remove trim or risk damage to the door. Arrived early, was quick with the repair and did a good job.
The door saves us $$ and gives us a cooler garage. It stated to make noise a few months later. I called on e afternoon for service and two employees came the next morning and took care of the situation! Top dem apples!
