I believe our tech's name was Zan. Very cordial, very professional. Went over the good and the not so good. There were safety items that concerned him, so we took care of those. I thought it was a very positive experience, and will use them again if need be.

The over all employees were great I was told someone wouldn’t get to my house within a 2 hr period someone showed up in a 1/2 hr I was very happy I needed my garage door closed. The service was done what needed to be done however although the price I paid was over 300.00 for just closing the door I got an ear full from people on what I paid and I haven’t even fixed the garage door what’s done is done!
Tech called before he got here. He was on time and very courteous. Went about his work in a timely manner. I would definitely call them out again if needed.
I was very pleased with the product and service to replace my garage door opener. The gentleman who made the appointment was very professional and gave me a specific 10am time. I wish he had given me a time range since Nick didn't call until noon to say he was on his way and I was getting a bit antsy after being disappointed by other contractors.
