I had used them before and I called them and they were there within two hours and did a great job
Had a spring replaced. Technicians were polite and respectful. Was a pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend them.
I called another company said it would be 2 days called Elite and they came out same day earlier than predicted by dispatch. I had called them because my spring on door broke he walked me through all options. And pricing for each option and advised on different warranty options. He had the parts on the truck. The trip out to inspect and advise issue was free. Wonderful company will definitely have on my speed dial for future repairs and possibly future upgrades.
I understand because of Covid 19 businesses are having issues with receiving products, but that doesn't stop their ability to communicate with their customers, and let them know what is going on. with that being said I had one no call no show appointment that should never happen waited all day . ordered door on April 5th,2021 wash finally installed July 21,2021.
The technician and his helper were the best , I will say that they went above and beyond to get the job done, I would recommend them to any and everyone . Thank you

The technician, ******, took the time to understand my concerns about the garage door opener and offered options for addressing the issues. We decided to have a new opener installed, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
