Called 7pm on Sunday evening and spoke to a live individual who scheduled *** for 8:30 the next morning. *** called 8:15 to let us know he would be there by 8:30. He explained everything in detail and offered a suggestions on a couple preventative items which we appreciated as we would probably needed another service in a couple months. Service was outstanding and price was fair. What more can you ask for.??

Excellent company with very quick responses and great customer service
Had an issue with my garge door opener and the door it's self. Elite came over and helped me by telling me I needed a new garage door opener and he gave me 3 guesses on them he also told me he can fix the door which was bowing. He put in a new garage door Oper w/new rollers and put support beams on the door to prevent it from bowing. He completed all this in less then 2 hours price was not that bad, but we got ****** work and product. Very good company."
The tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and how to correct the problem in an appropriate time frame. It has been working fine since.
