This company exceeded my expectations. A monsoon storm/microburst blew my garage door in so badly I was unable to open it and get my car out. They were prompt and efficient in locating me a new door and installing it the next day. Each team member I dealt with and spoke to was professional, courteous, and efficient in their job. The spring on my garage door had broken. Since the door would not go up, my car and golf cart were trapped inside the garage. After calling Elite, I was greeted by a friendly lady who was sympathetic with my dilemma and arranged to have a serviceman respond within 3 hours. ****** introduced himself and immediately investigated the problem. I found Elite Garage Doors and Gates excellent. They came to my home quickly and corrected the problems with my garage door very fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fast accurate service. The technician went above and beyond helping to move cartons out of his way.

I called another company said it would be 2 days called Elite and they came out same day earlier than predicted by dispatch. I had called them because my spring on door broke he walked me through all options. And pricing for each option and advised on different warranty options. He had the parts on the truck. The trip out to inspect and advise issue was free. Wonderful company will definitely have on my speed dial for future repairs and possibly future upgrades.

I understand because of Covid 19 businesses are having issues with receiving products, but that doesn't stop their ability to communicate with their customers, and let them know what is going on. with that being said I had one no call no show appointment that should never happen waited all day . ordered door on April 5th,2021 wash finally installed July 21,2021.
