After our garage door spring broke we remembered seeing Precision Door Service advertised and decided to call them. The appointment time frame was from 4-6 that same afternoon. Josh called a little after 4 to say he was early and was on his way. He was very cordial and explained to us what happened and what he suggested to repair the 23 year old door. We were very satisfied with the technician, the service and quality of the work. Would highly recommend this company!

Five to six years of service and never disappointed. We have two garage doors Our opening mechanisms were old and they were serviced until they were no longer functioning. Both were replaced by Precision at different times and they work great. The guys are professional, they do the work fast and right the first time . No pressure selling no membership sign ups.

My garage door was originally installed by Precision 20 years ago and I have had no serious issues with it. I contacted the company for a recheck because it seemed to be slowing down and found that the motor did need to be replaced. The technician, Sebastian, came the day after I called, made a diagnosis, explained the problem to me, and installed a new motor and fittings within a few hours. Very professional with bidding on the job (2 garage doors). I had two bids prior and wanted to get one more. I'm sure glad I did. These folks were far more professional with how they bid the job and how they presented themselves. They were clean and had on their company shirt both with they bidding process and install. They also came in 20 to 25% less in price. If your in need of a door, give these folks a chance. You will be glad you did!

Great experience with Precision Garage Door Service! I was very pleased with Albert, David, and the scheduler service who explained what their service included and were very professional. I will be definitely be using there service in the future.
