Each time we have used Precision Door Service, we have been impressed with their customer service- from scheduling through payment. Last minute evening emergency made us realize how fortunate we are to have Precision Door programmed into our phones!
Very good service providing exactly the expected in a very timely manner. Call on Saturday 6pm my garage door out of order not working at all, on the Sunday next day my garage door was operational.
Precision Door was terrific to work with all of the way through. Their prices were competitive with other installers but they actually offered slightly more for the money with their warranty. I am really happy with my new doors and the fact that the interior of the doors are finished. (My previous doors weren't finished on the interior and held a lot of dirt). The Precision truck was in the neighborhood and I asked if after their job they could stop by my house only a few doors down to give me a quick check up and they did. My door opener was making a lot of noise only to find out the springs in my door were broken and needed to be replaced. TJ and MATT replaced all the parts in my door and installed a new opener! They did a great Job and I would recommend them to ALL!! Thanks, *****
When I called, they came out the following day. They told me what it would cost and they did exactly what we talked about. Additionally, they found a problem I was unaware of and fixed it at no charge because it was under warranty. They were fast, efficient and pleasant to work with.
