The Precision truck was in the neighborhood and I asked if after their job they could stop by my house only a few doors down to give me a quick check up and they did. My door opener was making a lot of noise only to find out the springs in my door were broken and needed to be replaced. TJ and MATT replaced all the parts in my door and installed a new opener! They did a great Job and I would recommend them to ALL!! Thanks, *****

When I called, they came out the following day. They told me what it would cost and they did exactly what we talked about. Additionally, they found a problem I was unaware of and fixed it at no charge because it was under warranty. They were fast, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Technician was prompt, serviced existing door but explained it was nearing end of normal life span and gave clear estimates and recommendations for replacement, etc. New door was delivered within days vs promised and expected weeks! Complete system install done (except for trim) in just over 2 hours! Trim install was later scheduled but a prior appointment hiccup prevented accomplishment. Reschedule not yet made. **** *.
