Honest, and on time. Other Companies i called want to charge me service call for quote if i didn't use them. Precision came to house and gave quote, no charge if i used them or not. I used Precision and glad i did. Fair price and excellent work and customer service.
I received same day service and the technician Chris was even early so that worked out for me. He listened to my issues I had with my garage door and quickly had some solutions to try in order of costs, so as to try and save me money,which I appreciate. So many times , you usually suspect a service person is always going to try and upsell you something you don't need. I didn't feel that way this time.
